About

A small company with an accountant's patience.

The company started in 2021 after its founders spent one close too many reconciling the same numbers twice: once in the ledger, once on the factory floor. The first version was a matching script built for a single warehouse. It worked well enough that the warehouse next door asked for it too.

Why we build this.

The product has grown, the principle has not: finance and operations keep one set of records, and the system earns trust by showing its work. Every mapping is visible, every approval carries its context, every number can be traced to its source.

Principles

Three rules we do not bend.

01

Show the work

Users should see why the system matched, flagged, or routed anything. Automation without visibility is just a faster way to be wrong.

02

One record

When finance and operations disagree, the disagreement should be resolvable inside the product, not in a meeting. One record per fact, end to end.

03

Boring where it counts

Closings, approvals, and audits deserve stable, predictable software. We ship changes slowly in those areas and say so in the changelog.
