How does the annual discount work?
Annual billing charges ten months instead of twelve, applied per seat. Mid-year seat changes are prorated to the day.
Is there a free trial?
Both Starter and Growth include a 14-day trial with full features. No card is required until the trial converts.
What counts as a seat?
A named user who signs in to approve, prepare, or administer. Service accounts and auditor seats are free.
Can we change plans mid-period?
Yes, upgrades apply immediately with proration; downgrades apply at the next period so nothing is interrupted.
